  • a simple skincare routine daily: cleanser, moisturizer, maybe serum and for sure SPF

  • 10k steps ! even on weekends

  • smoothies and acai bowls

  • watching movies and shows for pure enjoyment

  • banana bread from scratch

  • singing like nobody’s listening

  • the artist’s way

  • playing games and sports in real life with people

  • having a “zero day” no tech once a week

  • deciding to do something fun last minute

  • cleaning a little bit every single day
